At its core, the constitution enshrines the fundamental principles of absolute equality before the law and the inviolability of human rights, mandating that every individual be treated with dignity regardless of their background. Furthermore, it outlines essential democratic safeguards, such as freedom of expression and the right to a fair trial, while emphasizing the state’s responsibility to promote social justice and collective well-being through inclusive governance and the protection of civil liberties.
